This page describes processing observable on the public PmaControl website. Contact, demonstration and support forms can collect your name, email, company and enquiry content so the team can respond. Do not submit passwords, private keys or production data through these forms.
The Pro trial verifies an email address and binds the license to an installation UUID. This flow also records technical information such as IP address, approximate country when available and step timestamps. Billing information required for payment is processed with Stripe; card details are entered through its payment flow.
The site uses technical sessions, audience measurement tools including Matomo and BBClone, and server access logs. Depending on the flow and configuration, messaging or email services can take part in delivering enquiries and verification codes. Public JSON resources and the synthetic sandbox require neither an account nor a key.
To request access, correction or deletion of data concerning you, or details about recipients, transfers and retention periods, contact contact@pmacontrol.com and identify the relevant flow. The response depends on the data actually processed and applicable obligations. Processing within a customer installation also depends on its own administrator.
